License Agreement

You accept the terms of this license agreement by buying or downloading Free Version, Pro Version, and Unlimited. Learn what you can and cannot do with the files you will receive after making the purchase. 

This is a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you (“Licensee”, “Customer”) and UI Miye (“Licensor”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing, downloading, and utilizing any of our digital assets (“Item” or “Asset”), you are granted a license to use this file for defined purposes under certain restrictions.

You have the right to utilize acquired Assets in an infinite number of personal and commercial projects (“End Products”), whether for yourself or a client.

Products We Provide

We now offer three sorts of goods based on the number of users you choose.

Free version : is a single-user license intended for students and individuals, with restrictions on projects.

Professional: The Professional license is a single-user license that is perfect for freelancers, independent designers, and small businesses. It permits a single user to utilize the UI Miye for commercial and personal projects with no restrictions.

Unlimited: This license is intended for big design teams, agencies, and corporations. This license allows you to have an unlimited number of team members at no additional cost.

You’re allowed to:

  • You may make the item available in your organization’s team library to an unlimited number of participants. 
  • You may develop an End Product for a client.
  • You can construct an End Product for personal or commercial usage.
  • You can combine the Item with other works to create a derivative creation from it. The produced works are subject to the conditions of this license.
  • This is a multi-use license, which means you can use an Item many times in different projects.

You’re NOT allowed to:

  • You cannot share the item link on the internet or distribute (e.g., embed) using Figma public access.
  • You cannot include any of the UI Miye design files in the End Product as it is.
  • The End Product cannot be sold, licensed, sublicensed, distributed, or copied in any number.
  • You cannot redistribute the Item as stock, via a tool or template, or with source files. You cannot accomplish this with an Item, whether alone or combined with other items, even if you edit it.
  • You cannot re-distribute or make the Item available in its original form or with minor changes.
  • You must not allow an end user of the End Product to extract the Item and utilize it independently of the End Product.
  • You cannot redistribute the Item as stock, via a tool or template, or with source files. This includes using the Item to develop a template or library for a different platform or software. You cannot perform this with an Item, either alone or in combination with other items, or even if you modify the Item.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Recognizing the digital nature of the goods, the Company does not provide refunds. However, we are committed to offering assistance in the event of any problems with the goods or the selling platform.

Enforcement

If the Licensor uncovers a reason to believe the Customer has violated this agreement, the Licensor may terminate the agreement and restrict the Licensor’s ability to download assets and source files. Upon termination, you must destroy the original and all copies of the Asset, including backup copies. You are only permitted the permissions specified in this license; all other rights are reserved. These skills do not restrict the Licensor’s right to enforce this agreement in other ways, such as through legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the greatest extent permissible by relevant laws, the Company’s liability for losses or damages resulting directly or indirectly from the use of the Materials shall be limited to a refund of the purchase price, if any.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time. Any modifications will be communicated quickly.

Extending the license

If you want to upgrade your license for UI Miye from individual (one user) to unlimited (as many users as you need), contact  hello@uimiye.com.
